Atomics BCT Touring SQS is a quality touring pole with clever features. The size range is 95-145cm and it uses Atomics Power Lock system to secure the length once set. Made using a 18mm upper/16mm lower 7075 grade aluminium shaft, the pole is strong and up to the tough conditions it's likely to face. The extended ergonomic EVA grip is designed for comfort and shaped to the hand for maximum control, it also extends down the pole for use when climbing and in difficult terrain. Atomics SQS (Safety Quick Release System) strap is designed to release under tension to prevent injuries. A specific backcountry/touring 85mm basket is used and a toughened carbide tip grips well in the firmest of conditions. Packs down to 95cm.
